Ted joined us in 2016 in an operations and sales role.  He brings with him a lifetime of boating as a cottager, fisherman, Great Lakes cruising as well as salt water crusing and fishing.  His diverse boating knowledge and skill set are a huge asset to our organization.  Prior to this, Ted has been a farmer, veterinarian and has sold veterianry equipment.

Ted will be doing many boat deliveries, assisting in boat sales, attending boat shows and helping in an operations role around the marina.

Steph was new to us for 2016.  As our sales department has grown, we realized the need for a department administrator.  Steph is in charge of all the small details that make the Desmasdon's experience so special.  She looks after all the paperwork associated with making your buying decision seamless.  Prior to joining our team, Steph held a position in a Toronto Based organization as an executive assistant and brings tremendous organizational and communication skills with her.  When not working, you will find Steph being extremely outdoorsy.  Often on an ATV or in the boat, Steph always has a smile on her face!
