Our team receive training every year in order to better serve you. We've had our staff trained by the Disney Customer Excellence Team, we send them to the Marine Dealer Conference and Expo in Orlando and to the customer service seminars every year at the Boating Ontario Conference.

You likely notice every year when you return to the marina for the first time that we have made one or two major improvements over the winter. We feel it is important to look after our facility so it can best handle your growing needs. Over the past ten years we have added a new service facility including parts, built 3 new outdoor boat sheds, replaced every single dock with steel tube floating docks decked in cedar, built our walk around main wharf dock and added 4 new dry dock docks, added a new heated and enclosed storage facility, built a new garage to house deliverers, resurfaced our entire lot, added 33 acres of land on the east side of our property to handle increased special needs, added three new parking lots, added dry dock service, added two new forklifts and more! All this in an effort to better serve you.
