Our crew is our family. We realize that without our incredible team we would not be where we are today. We view our team as the lifeblood of our organization and as such, feel the need to keep them educated, up to date and happy.

We are fortunate that the seasonality of our business allows us to send our staff for training in the off-season. Each year, our technicians head to one or more of our manufacturers to further hone and elevate their skills. Each of our technicians is a marine certified mechanic and is certified with Yamaha, Honda, and MerCruiser. 

Our office staff will often attend seminars to help better their skills and trade shows to keep them ahead of the times. We attend the Marine Dealer Conference and Expo in Orlando yearly, we also send people to the Boating Ontario Seminars each year to give them the opportunity to learn new tricks of the trade and interact with other industry professionals.

Our sales team visits manufacturers yearly for product updates, and to stay current. They also travel to various shows around North America to stay up on current product offerings and industry innovations.

Andy, Tonia, Matt and Nicole attend every seminar possible. They both visit our manufacturers yearly to stay current and to ensure good working relationships.

It is important to us that our team feel they are given every opportunity possible to learn and grow. Our motto is 'where relationships matter' and that is important for our crew as well as our customers.
